Every year, we support the personal and professional development of students by creating programs with educational institutions in our region and offering periodic internship opportunities.

YOUNG BONDS TRAINING PROGRAM

We implement development programs for interns who are selected as a result of certain criteria and who have high potential to gain experience in business life and to raise awareness about their personal development, and we include the most successful ones in the Albond family with the evaluations made at the end of the program

We create a talent pool in line with organizational needs and ensure that it remains up to date.
