Trade A.Ş. was established in 2002 by the Peker Family, which has more than 60 years of experience in Corporate Identity (CID) studies and composite panel use, and its main field of activity is to produce and market aluminum composite panels.
ALBOND – Sistem Metal, which continues its activities within the body of Kemah Group, has been the Country Distributor of Aluminum Composite Panels from the years it was founded until 2004. ALBOND- Sistem Metal, which started production with a B2 class composite panel production line and an annual capacity of 1.750.000 m2 in its own production facilities in May 2005, has taken its place among the sought-after brands especially in the field of export due to the importance it has given to quality since its establishment and has grown rapidly.
ALBOND – Sistem Metal, which successfully continues its composite panel production in its new factory building, the construction of which was completed in Tekirdağ Çorlu in 2010, in a closed area of 30.000 m2, increased its production capacity to 7.500.000 m2 per year with 4 Composite panel production lines and classified them in A2, B1 and B2 incombustibility classes. has clinched its position as the industry leader in manufacturing.
ALBOND – Sistem Metal, whose sole business is Composite Panel production and has the opportunity to produce the first 2 meters wide in Composite panel production in Turkey with its 4th line investment, in addition to its Composite panel lines, Aluminum Coil Painting line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons and an advanced technology product, Worldwide. The Paint production line, which was established in its own facilities with the cooperation of the giant Paint manufacturers, and also as a complement to Painted Aluminum, also invested in Slitting and Cut-to-Length lines and completed the Integrated Production Facility investment.
Awarded with 5 awards by the Exporters’ Association, ALBOND-Sistem metal exports 45% of its production to many countries in the world, mainly to European countries (80% export to Spain, England, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, etc.). System metal, which ranks first in Turkey in the export of aluminum composite panels, was awarded the first prize (IMMIB) among the aluminum construction products manufacturers that increased their exports the most.
Sistem Metal has been advancing rapidly as the pioneer and leader company in Turkey’s own sector since its establishment, and is steadily advancing towards the top ranks by improving its place among Turkey’s largest industrial organizations (ISO 500) every year. Our organization started its activities to establish a suitable quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard at the end of 2006, and in a short time, the ISO 9001 quality management system was certified by the TUV certification body in May 2007. It upgraded its quality management system to ISO 9001;2008 version in 2009, and upgraded it to ISO 9001;2015 version by updating its quality management system in 2018 and ensures its continuity.
